5 Things I've Learned About Teeth Whitening With Smile Brilliant + A Giveaway
When I started back blogging at the beginning of this year along with posting more frequently on Instagram I started noticing more and more how yellow my teeth were in photos. I remember taking a photo for Instagram and showing my husband how I didn't need a filter to whiten my teeth. I couldn't believe it!!
4. It's Convenient
What I loved about this was the fact I can do it at home on my own time. No dentist appointments!! This was a huge plus for me since I work from home full time. You can wear these trays from 45 min. up to 3 hours, so you can do them as your schedule allows. It was also super convenient not to have messy strips that don't stay in place or a UV light in my mouth so I could still take phone calls while I worked. No one ever knew I was whitening my teeth!!
5. Low Sensitivity
I have very sensitive teeth, so this has always been a huge concern for me with teeth whitening. What I loved most about Smile Brilliant is it comes with a desensitizing gel that you leave on 15-20 min after the whitening to help with any teeth sensitivity. This was a lifesaver for me!! I could definitely tell this kept my teeth from getting over sensitive after whitening. However, if you do experience any sensitivity it is okay to skip the next day to give your teeth a rest. I had to skip days here and there and still saw results.
