5 Beauty Items Worth The Splurge
I'm typically not one to splurge too much on beauty products often. I love my $5 hairsprays and lipglosses, but sometimes my curiosity gets the best of me and I have to try things just once to see if they are worth it. Now what I consider a splurge may be different that others, but I do think these 5 definitely rank on the pricier side.
I've had my eye on this for years and never took the plunge to try it. Finally after having a coupon I purchased it to see what all the fuss was about. At first use I didn't love it, but I gave it a day or 2 more and I'm sold. It smells amazing!! I try to not use it on days I'm home all day and just stick to my Dove, but this stuff is so good. I will repurchase it, however, only with a discount code.
I talked about this here, but it is worth mentioning again as I consider this a splurge for a hair product. It definitely helps with volume, especially on my freshly washed hair.
Just like the deodorant I put off ordering this for a few years. I finally found it with a discount code around the holidays and purchased. I've now had a couple of months to try it out and see what the hype is about and I really do love it. I also love the fact I can change out the wands to fit the style of curls I want without needing several different curling irons. If you've seen this out there and needed the extra plunge to purchase I do recommend it, but maybe be on the lookout for a sale or discount code.
As you can see by most of the writing at the bottom being gone I've had this brush for years. At least 10 if I can remember, but the bristles have held up better than any brush I've owned. I even buy new ones from the drugstore and always go back to this one. It makes my hair feel so soft after using it. Between this and the tangle teaser my hair is always tangle free and feels great.
This has been my go-to perfume for years. It smells so good. I do rotate others here and there, but I always go back to this one. Depending on how much I wear it a bottle can last me over a year.
I hope you all enjoyed it!! I'll be back tomorrow with Friday Five/February Favorites combined in one post. Thanks for reading!!
